He's wrong, but close. Skarner's Q deals 15% max HP on the last hit, and 4% of his bonus HP per hit. So it's actually worse. Though the cooldown is longer. I just wish that they didn't gut my favorite build on Skarner, bruiser. Instead he just deals more consistent damage going straight tank :)

what i learned from this game, because i’ve been brushing up on my shaco, if the enemy team has heavy ability to heal, semi tanky minimum shaco requires a strong ally team comp or no shaco at all T_T

Back in the day botlane was actually fun. Toplane was never fun becoz you always ended up versing broken champs or getting camped by jgl. And coexisting is not a thing. Now nothing is fun for me, not even aram (maybe 1/10 games might be decent)
